I want to know the procedure for GST registration of dealer whose provisional id and password for GST is not generated online ?
What i have to do for generate provisional id and passwords ?

Provisional User ID and password you will receive from you VAT/ Central Excise/ Service Tax Department where you are already registered. If you did not received the temporary user id and password you can contact your department officials.
