Hello Freinds,
I Would like to ask you that if sold goods during particular financial year (i.e.FY 2010-11) is returns in next finacial year(i.e.2011-12) than how to show in books of accounts, by making credit note or showing it as purchase ????

Its' not a purchase in the Current FY but an increase to stock by way of return of prior period necessiating the revision of return with a brief note to that effect.
