I am working in sugar mills which is as usual seasonal working. ESIC not applicable their. they used to deduct GIS from the salary. I want to know that what is GIS. & how can we take advantage of GIS.

It is offered by private company so benefits vary form company to company, but you can avail benefit such as cash less Hospitalistaion & reimbursement of medical treatment.
