Regarding Form STK-2 for Striking of Company

Respected sir,
I have filed form STK-2, and all the necessary attachments were uploaded in the form,
after a week a query regarding re-submission came in which it was written about statement of affairs (STK-8)
I already attach STK-8, but the query was that current asset is still remaining in the form.....
Bank A/c has already been closed, so the remaining balance is cash in hand which I have shown it under Current Assets heading but again a query came regarding Re-submission about current assets,
Please tell me where to show the remaining amount & in which column in form STK-8 and how many times I can Resubmit the form.....

Sir you have to show nil assest and liability. Because it is one of the mandatory requirements of the law I think this is your last resubmission plz have precautions otherwise govt fees Rs. 10000 will waste. for more details you can also call. E triple nine zero three six double three four five.

Dear Sir,
As per Sub Section (2) of Section 248 of the Companies Act, 2013, a Company may file an application for strike off of the Company after "EXTINGUISHING ALL ITS LIABILITIES". And if you are showing current assets, it is implied that there are some liabilities too. Any excess cash in hand of the Company shall be distributed among the members of the Company in accordance with their capital. And there after resubmit the form with a STK-8 in which there are no assets or liabilities.
