I have filed form 1A and name gets approved. But I had choosen state Haryana instead of Delhi . please suggest me about this

In my opinion you should wait for 60 days for the name to lapse. Then again file new Form 1A with the same name along with the following attachments:
1. Earlier name approval letter received
2. A statement of facts that happened in your case and requesting for allotting same name again with new details.
