Regarding form-18

09 January 2013 Sir,
I want to know the format of NOC which is going to be attached with form-18.
And i also want to know that i am going to incorporate a new company whose registered office is already registered office of same group's company, in this case what should i do and what is the attachment of form-18.
And is there any necessity regarding Noc like stamp paper and letter head?

10 January 2013 The NOC is to be on plain paper and to be signed by the owner of the property where the registered office is proposed.

11 January 2013 i got it that NOC is going to be printed on plain paper, but my query is not solved yet, because i want to know the format of NOC and in my company which is going to be incorporated whose registered office is already the registered office of the another company, so in this case what should i do?
Pls resolve my query.

12 January 2013 If the property is owned by the company the NoC needs to be printed on the letterhead of owner company.

Format of NOC is as follows.
Date:-

To,

M/s.ABC .

Sub:- No Objection to use our premises as its registered office address.

I/ We XYZ have no objection regarding “ABC” to use our premises (Address) as its registered office address.

For XYZ.

21 January 2013 Mam,

the property is related to third person means the owner of the person is not a company it is related to a person who had provide his property to the company for its use, so pls could you tell me that what should i do?

21 January 2013 better execute a lease deed or rent agreement. it will cost some money but will help at every place i.e. at time of VAT & service tax registration.
