I submitted requisition form for issue of service certificate "FORM 119" ON 26 AUG 2016, and also sent copies to principal and icai too.... now after one month I don't get any reply from both sides... please suggest what to do now...??

If you submitted Form 119 on 26 August 2016 and havenโt received a reply from either your principal or ICAI for over a month, here are the steps you should take:

Send a polite reminder email/letter to your principal, referring to your earlier communication. Mention the date you submitted Form 119 and ask if they can issue or sign Form 108 (Articleship Completion Certificate). Keep a record of all correspondence (email or courier tracking). 2. Contact ICAI Regional Office
Visit or call the regional branch where your registration is maintained. Share your Form 119 acknowledgment copy and explain that you've had no response from your principal. Ask them for guidance on the next steps or alternate procedure (such as submission with a declaration and supporting documents). 3. Write to ICAI via E-Sahaayataa
Raise a grievance on E-Sahaayataa under the Articleship Module. Mention all details: Date of submission of Form 119 Copies sent No response from principal Request for ICAIโs intervention 4. Prepare for Alternative Proof
If your principal does not respond at all, ICAI may accept a self-declaration with:
