May i know how can we file it returns for the last 3 years of a salaried person. And if he does not have Form 16.

Dear Sir,
In this A.Y. 2010-11 you can file ITR only for following year with tax including penalty:
for 2008-09 :- Tax, Interest and Rs. 5,000 penalty
for 2009-10 :- Tax and Interest
