The Chairman informed the Board that the company is required to file e-form DPT-4 in respect of deposits existing on the commencement of the Act pursuant to Section 74(1) of the Companies Act read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Acceptance of Deposit) Rules, 2014.
After discussion following resolution passed unanimously.
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr. XX (DIN: AA), Director of the Company, be and are hereby authorized to sign digitally and file e-form DPT-4 in respect of deposits existing on the commencement of the Act pursuant to Section 74(1) of the Companies Act read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Acceptance of Deposit) Rules, 2014
