It is 26% through Government route.

One Indian company(Deal in Digital India) accepted 58% FDI in that case what is the rule followed by the company
I) to reduce the FDI limit
or
ii) the provision not affected retrospectively, because that is old co.

As per my understanding the company should reduce the FDI limit to current scenario.
