One of My Friend has got two exemptions in first group of PCC . So in november 2010 whether she is eligible to take both exemptions?

YOur friend will be eligible to take both exemptions for november if less than or equal to 2 attempts have gone after the exemptions.
Also the exemption details must have been filed in the forms.
