Hello,
what is the liability of a person who cross the excise the limit but he don't have a registration no last four year. after 4 year his sale i 14.19cr.
plz suggest something.....................

get in touch with an excise consultant immediately, and regularize the same without delay.
if the party is caught in hands of excise anti evasion, then big troubles would arise, and numerous interest/ penalties would be payable by the party alongwith ED evaded.
