I have an Issue regarding E-Filing of a person who carrying the Business of WADAPAV, DABELI, SANDWICH. HE HAS A LORRY ON WHICH HES CARRYING HI8S BUSINESS.... SO WHICH ITR i should have to file for this?

24 February 2011 in case of ITR 4 no need to make balance sheet. it is not compulsory. You just say cash balance in your hand in itr form
