Regarding dissolution of Partnership Firm

The Partnership firm is being dissolved due to the death of a partner. what are the further steps to be taken to dissolve it.what all related formalities are reqired to be undertaken.

You need to complete the accounts and pay the outstanding to the legal heir of deceased partner. Need to submit last return of partnership with income tax and also to inform abut dissolution.
