Do We need declaration from Transporter for non deducting TDS U/s 194 c 6 in every financial year or one is enough for the all financial years

05 April 2016 You will need year wise different form , further is should be from Income Tax Department for the Transporter & Transporter will provide you .

05 April 2016 On safer side you must should deduct TDS, now if TDS not to deduct, then transporter will provide you certificate which is valid in income tax department , means transporter will get that from IT Dept. for non deduction certificate & provide you .

05 April 2016 That type of form i can do in word format, but if its valid or not who will decide ? Obviously IT Department ... so better tell them to take certificate for non deduction of TDS from Department , it will be valid one.

05 April 2016 Sir, It is a new knowledge to me , Now we are receiving a form from transporter with signature along with a pan copy for non deduction of TDS , Are you telling that form should be certified by IT Dept. ?

05 April 2016 I T Department give us Lower Deduction or No Deduction certificate. Means self certification is of no use in practical & we can not even give it as proof for non deduction of TDS.
