My ca final attempt is in NOV'13.I am also planning for CWA Course so shud i giv CWA inter in Dec 13 or i shud appear in JUN 14.plz suggest

You can surely appear for CWA in December 2013 if you think your well prepared. I think you should introspect and you will find an answer automatically. If you think you can manage the exams well then go for it, else hold back and appear in June 2014.
