Regarding custom duty exemption

my client get an order of electrical goods for an export to africa. whether custom duty will be payable or is there any limit of turnover upto which custom duty not payable?please also specify if custom duty not levied whether it is mentioned under custom tarriff act?

custom duty will not attract @ export in these items.
