Regarding consignment sales

Hello
A - Consignor in Tamilnadu
B - Consignee in Delhi
C - Customer in Maharashtra
My question is as follows
As per above details
"B" wants to send the goods manufactured by "A" directly to "C".
As the above dealing is on consignment sales i.e against F-form can the despatch of goods be delivered directly to "C"
but the invoice will be raised A to B and B to C
so the main question is can "B" wants to send the goods manufactured by "A" directly to "C".

in view of your condition i wish to inform you that "Form F" is required to be submitted to establish stock transfer.u can send the goods through the "c form" .
