REGARDING CLAIM OF LAST YEAR TDS

IN LAST YEAR IF TDS IS CARRY FORWARD BY FILING UPDATED RETURN, TO CURRENT YEAR, THEN IN CURRENT YEAR BY ADDING LAST YEAR TURNOVER, THAT EXCEEDS TOTAL TURNOVER OF THIS CURRENT YEAR THEN CAN WE CLAIM SUCH TDS IN CURRENT YEAR?

TDS of the previous year cannot be claimed in the current year just by filing an updated return and aggregating turnover. If you improperly carry forward TDS to the next year in updated return and claim it in ITR of next AY, your claim may be rejected.
