Regarding change of articleship seat

Hi! I am a final year student and had completed two years of articleship training, now i want to move to delhi for coaching, so what reason i could give to institute for transfer of my seat to delhi

said reason given by your not acceptable for permission for transfer,,your reason should be any one of reason in below link

dont expect icai permission saying coaching as reason,,icai will not permit you,,it may simply suggest you to go for self study and use icai free elearning facility
