Dear sir/madam...
I had issue 15CA, 15CB to one of my client but i just not deduct the tax,
the payment is being made to the brink's global for transportation charge
will you please help me in this regards,
how to change the forms??? or any other way for the same???

Hi,
you cant change in form 15ca & 15 cb but you can apply for new form for 15 ca & 15cb

but i had made the payment to party without deduction of Tax
so, is there any remedy against the same??
is the amount paid by the party is being disallow by the department??

hi ,
you can raise Debit note for excess payment maid without deduction of TDS .
you can make debit note amount equal to TDS amount. & collect the payment this is acceptable by Tax department & you can make internal adjustment in you system.
