If you follow my advice for CS exams the study material of the Institute is good enough. I dont know why there is a trend to neglect the study material and go for other reference book when you have not even first looked at your study mat. See ultimately the questions will be asked from the material provided to you and you are expected to write from that only.
So, in my opinion :
1. Read your study material
2. Then for company law you can refer to munish bhandari's books on law for CAs
3. For labour law and all ND Kapoor is good
4. For security laws again study mat is more than enough.

According to me the best book for cs executive module-II is Sangeet kedia for ELL& SEC LAW & Company Law- G.K.Kapoor.
