13 June 2013 i am currently doing articleship at my hometown since march 2012, now from august i would like to take transfer to delhi where i did my coachings. bt at the same tym i want to do the indutrial training where i can earn some money as i have done up with good articleship here. plzz suggest me wat do at this point of tym as i am in dilemma wat to do wat not to do..wat best i cn get from these consequences as my final attempt is due on Nov,2014 and i have also left with ipcc- grup 2 wich i will clear in nov-2013

14 June 2013 You may go for industrial training after completion of 2 years of articleship..

you may get stipend..but confirm timings of industrial trainee..which should not clash with classes.

corporates will give leave from 1.5 months to 2 months ...if it is ok for your ca final..you can go..other wise shift ur attempt

19 June 2013 i want to start my final coaching as soon as possible from august onwards...n wid dat i hav to clear my ipcc grup-2 in november..nd for that too i hav to join coaching..

19 June 2013 1)It is not a valid reason for transfer, icai will not accept your request if you do so like this

2)there should be a reason which will satisfy icai..think about it..

19 June 2013 so sir please tell me other options so that i could take transfers. what if i blame my CA for irregular payment of stipend. because i dont get stipend regularly

19 June 2013 1)yes. you may get on this ground..if ur boss not paying minimum stipend as per icai rules

consequences

2)you should have a strong proof to say ur boss is done mistake and he has not paid stipend

3)if you don't have adequate proof to make him guilty of mistake...don't complain

4)it is a very big and risky process..if you failed to proove his mistake you will get negative remarks and some action can be taken on u from icai and also your boss will show u stars..

5)so in shortly,, if u want to take transfer in this ground ur boss should accept some punishment from icai which is not an easy process

i will not recommend you to go this process because chances that you win in this is very less in my opinion

so just think and go for a reason

u should take transfer in 1 year if you don't have any reasons

just because u are unable to study along with article ship is not fair..you should manage ur studies with work..

16 September 2013 sir, i would like to know the best and cheapest ca-finals coaching from these three places:
1)delhi
2)jaipur
3) jodhpur
i have done my ca-ipcc preparatoins from delhi bt as delhi coachings are costly therfore i m thinking of some oder place.
i have heard about jodhpur wat will you prefer and any oder option in my favour.
