10 October 2014 i have delayed in submission of form 108 by 12 days how much i have to pay as late fees and in whose favor dd will be payable if i am from Jaipur

Delay Corresponding fees to be paid
30 days beyond specified period Rs. 100
31 - 180 days beyond specified period Rs. 300
After 181 days beyond the specified period Rs. 1,000

12 October 2014 Demand Draft drawn in favour of The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, but where it is payable in jaipur or delhi if I am from jaipur
