i have delayed in submission of form 108 by 12 days how much i have to pay as late fees and in whose favor dd will be payable if i am from Jaipur

Delay Corresponding fees to be paid
30 days beyond specified period Rs. 100
31 - 180 days beyond specified period Rs. 300
After 181 days beyond the specified period Rs. 1,000
you can pay the secretary ICAI
