I have given my IPCC exam in may 13.One of my friend is CA and he is in an international company.Now I m working under him.I want to know whether can i do my articleship under him if i clear ipcc in august?
As he says i can work under him and he says that he has a COP.If i work under him there is no audit kind of work,but more of accounting and tax.
Pls help.

1)you can do under him only if he is having certificate of practice and eligible to train article student as per ca regulations.
2)Please know whether he is having full time Certificate of practice or he is working as an employee..if he is employee you can take articleship under him
3)yes..you can do if he is having COP..this is you to decide whether to work under him or not basing on ur interest and other factors..
