Regarding applicability of excise

In case of company, purchasing fabrics and making clothes for export purposes. Whether excise would be applicable on making Garments from fabrics.

the bills which were used for export purpose ( shipping bill for direct export and form H cover for export through merchant exporter)) are to be excluded from the turnover for eligibility of excise regn and payment.
