Can appeal be filed against appellate authority for Rejection of refund order of DRC-06 for inadvertant duty ?

Yes you can file appeal before commissioner (appeals) against the order rejecting refund
15 April 2024
Same can be filed with Form APL-01 or is there any other option to file appeal before commissioner of appeals
