Regarding annual filling of dormant company

04 December 2014 Dear Members,
I want to activate the dormant company.I filled a FORM GNL-1 to normalising the dormant company.My doubt is how much time will take the respective Register of Company to approve the FORM GNL-1 and after getting approval "Is FORM MGT-14 is required to file" if not, please tell the remaining process.

04 December 2014 Yes, once it become active. You need to comply with all compliance like previous year filling, current year filling along with all MGT-14 for director disclosure, accounts approval all..

05 December 2014 MGT-14 is not required for normalising your company. You have to complete pending annual filing.
MGT -14 will be depend on activity of the Company.

MGT-14 required for taking note on disclosure of interest and approval of financial statements & Boars's report.
