AS PER NOTIFICATION OF THE INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT RELIEF OF REBATE U/S87A WILL BE AVAILABLE TO TAX PAYER THEN FOR REFUND(IN CASE TAX IS PAID) OR FOR WAIVER OF DEMAND(IN CASE TAX IS NOT PAID)
