03 August 2013 Dear Sir, One of my client who is a govt employee, he is a librarian in distt. librarey & his tds deducted by distt. librarey (Govt.) & Deposited in trasury . department of salary says that we can see his tds credit by BIN No. but i could not find out his tax credit. 26 AS from TDS site not showing his tax details . please sir help me ,how can i see his 26 AS.

One question do your client has given his PAN no. to his employer & have they filed there E-TDS return.

Tax credit appears in form 26 AS only if PAN no is mentioned & deductor has filed ETDS return.
