16 August 2013 My ca(principal) is not signing 109.
I have joined articles just 2 months back.Due to some health reasons I need to go out of state for more than four months.
I am shocked with his response.
Above all he is telling _go n tell Institute.I wont sign.

Can he do so?Is there any solution for me?Am I bound with him for three years?

16 August 2013 If your reason is medical background on basis of which you want transfer then u should make your employer understand your situation and peacefully resolve the matter.
If he doesnt sign then even icai cant help u.
