As i am a student of PE-II & Want to undertake 100 Hrs Practical Training Now I am in Last Attempt. In order to undergo such training what is the Procedure & If any forms is availbale kindly mention?

You will have to undergo the ITT only at the institute according to the new rules passed by ICAI. For which ever month you want to start your training one month prior to that you should go to the institute and register yourself.
