Is this the crt form for conversion to direct entery..
"Application for conversion from intermidate/professional education(course-ll)/professional Competence course(pcc) to intermediate(integrated professional competence) course".
Sir plz help me to knw the crt form..
Bez it's quite urgent for me to send it immediately.

26 October 2017 Thank u sir, bt this is not for conversion under direct entery scheme... By the way is direct entery form common for all the scheme...
Like CPT to direct entry n ipcc to direct entry... N all..
