Is this the crt form for conversion to direct entery..
"Application for conversion from intermidate/professional education(course-ll)/professional Competence course(pcc) to intermediate(integrated professional competence) course".
Sir plz help me to knw the crt form..

Thank u sir, bt this is not for conversion under direct entery scheme... By the way is direct entery form common for all the scheme...
Like CPT to direct entry n ipcc to direct entry... N all..
