26 August 2009 Resolved that an application be submitted to the Reserve Bank of India (name of branch)in their prescribed format duly authinticated by Sri/Smt Managing Director of the Company along with all enclosures as may be deemed necessary or called for by the Department of Non Banking Finance Companies, Reserve Bank of India (name of Branch)
Further resolved that Sri/Smt Managing Director of the Company be and is hereby authorised to authenticate the documents for submission to the Reserve Bank of India(name of Branch) and to do all such things as may be deemed necessary to obtain the registration of the Company with the Reserve bank of India as a Non Banking Finance Company
Further resolved that a copy of this resolution duly cretified by Sri/Smt Managing Director be submiited to the Reserve Bank of India (name of branch) for their record.
Note all papers must be signed by the MD only
