16 September 2009 when commission is payable to a NRI for export sale in terms of dollars, is it subject to TDS. if so under what section?

17 September 2009 no Tds not applicable u/s 195, attention invited to circular no 786 issued in feb 2000.if the agent is a nri works outside india , no income accrued u/s 5 , therefore TDS doesnt apply
