In manufacturing Company have turnover Rs.39.00 Lac and indirect income Rs.5.00 Lac so company should fall in tax audit report please let me know
On TDS surcharge and Education cess delet w.e.f. 1.10.2009 but what about company, Firm and individual tax whether there also delet the surcharge and education cess please let me know if yes then when?

Tax audit is applicable since the total turnover is exceeding rs.44 lakhs.
Only on tds deductions the surcharge and education cess is removed.
The limit has been enhanced for paying surcharge. However education cess has to be paid on all amounts.
