14 July 2014 Dear Sir,

Our company is a partnership firm and doing FMCG bussiness at Tamilnadu. We have lot of Fixed assets in our Accounts. Now we need to sell some computers, Furnitures as a second sale.

My query is what is the procedure to be follow for above process.

14 July 2014 Dear Sir,

A Nursery & primary school is near by our town is ready to buy some computers, printers, furnitures. Can i sell them and i want to know any tax or vat payable by our firm for secondhand sale of these fixed assets.

14 July 2014 then u need to check for vat applicability in ur state and nothing other than vat is payable .
