Dear Experts
let me know the latest amendments regarding limitations on Director remuneration in case of Pvt. company(closely held company)

Section 197 which talks about managerial remuneration is not applicable to private limited companies.
If a director is paid anything over and above his remuneration, section 188(1)(f) will get attracted.
If a director is paid anything over and above his remuneration, section 188(1)(f) will get attracted.
