On filing of form 23 with ROC, I am getting a message alert that the "director is holding directorship in more than 15 slagged companies."
I am not able to understand what is the meaning of theis slagged company??
Somebody please explain me the same.

I person can become , director of maximum 15 companies.

Very first check the number of company in with that director is holding the position as a director , there is statutory limit for the same and that is 15 , but in that list pvt.ltd, companies incorporated under section 25 , companies incorporated not for the profit,nominee director ,additional director are exempted
And next procedure is the asked to you r director to resign from any one of the company and file form 32 as soon as data will be updated at mca website you will agin be able to fill the form 23
