we have not received duty drawback amount against the shipping bill no.8324793 dated 03.04.2012 what should i do for.. plz advice

12 July 2012 IF YOU HAVE NOT GOT THE DUTY DBK CREDIT TILL DATE , CHECK IT ON THE CUSTOM SERVER AND IF THE DEPARTMENT RAISED ANY QUERY REMOVE IT.

i found that the drawback query i.e.(plz check qty of item no.11 in SB) in ice gate site of the govt. can you advice sir to whom i ask for the same.

12 July 2012 There are some mistake at the time of preparing shiping bill. in one item qty is showing 1200 pcs instead of actual 12000 pcs.

pl advice what we will do

13 July 2012 i checked that item No.11 of your shipping bill either does not occurs in DBK list item.

in this ask UR CHA FOR REMOVE THE QUERY OF THIS ITEM SO THAT U LIABLE TO CREDIT DBK AMOUNT.

WILL U PROVIDE ME SCANNED COPY OF SHIPPING BILL AND COMMERCIAL INVOICE ME(RAMESH.ARTI@YAHOO.CO.IN) so that after check deeply post reply to you.
