15 December 2011 Dear Professional colluges,
Due to huge population our govt offices is tried is sending the refunds timely n thus there is such a huge backlogs,.
I havnt received my refund for last 3 AY till now. is there any online mechanism to raise my voice to get my refund soon???????

15 December 2011 First check your form 26AS for the credit of tax to your pan if it satisfies then write to your AO requesting for refund with the details of your filling of return.

15 December 2011 As far as I know the dept is now processing all refunds quickly and this delay is a one-off case.
There is no online mechanism for claiming refund.Only facility availble is to check wheteher the refund has been given by the banker

To get the refund,
First check 26AS.If the claim is correctly refleced in 26AS,then either approach AO or use RTI Act

15 December 2011 No online machnism for getting the refund soon. OFFLINE MACHANISM is closed since online return processing came into existence. Earlier it was possible OFFLINE.
