Refund reissue request

Income Tax Refund cheque of one of my client was not received, due to wrong address then i gave refund reissue request on 05 th march 2014, and mentioned correct address and also ECS details but till now, he has neither received cheque nor ECS credit in his bank A/c ..... what to do,???
