Refund order is issued but not received

Dear Experts,
My refund is issued by Govt. but due to change of address and Bank details in ITR, I am sent Letter from Department for Generation of Reissue of Refund but I am not able to update my data on CPC site because the letter is sent is not a refund orede and site requires reference no of Refund Order.
Please advice me to do the needful.
