Mr.x manufactures cosmetic items and exports to various countries. He also sells the product in local market but in small proportion say 10 to 15 Lakhs.now what are the ways in which Mr.x can get the refund of duty paid on input material for production of goods exported. Please also explain the procedure to be followed since he is not yet obtained excise registration.

You can claim for refund of inputs or input services but your drawback amount will be small.
