For claiming refund of tds just you have to file your income tax return and after filing return you will automatically get refund in your account within 45-60 days

Thanks Jain Sahib for reply.But my query was regarding which ITR form I should use to take refund of TDs deducted by NHAI while paying compensation of land in May 2017.Also whether the circular No 36/2016 ft 26/10/2016 is applicable in my case.
