Refund of tds not claim in return

My client has filed her return for AY 2010-11 in March, 2012 wherein TDS on Rent for approx Rs. 24000/- not claimed which is refundable now.Whether I can get the refund for the same? What is the procedure to get the same refunded? The same is appearing in the form 26AS.

if you are not claimed the refund then deptt not give the refund.
