one of my friend has tuition income& he has recd TDS certificate of 2009 - 2010 , 2010-2011, 2011-2012. He has never before filed income tax return & now he wants to claim for Refund. is it possible. Can he file income tax return for last 2 year ???? is there any penalty for last 2 year returns for late submission of return ???
