Refund of service tax in shipping bill

17 July 2015 We are the manufacturer and exporter of Steel pipes. Presently we are getting the duty drawback which we declared in the shipping bill in our bank account. I want to know like as duty drawback how can I get the Service tax Refund (STR) by our shipping bill. let me know the procedure to get the STR and also the department where we have to apply for it.
