My client is purchasing some goods from abroad on which he is paying SAD, being a trading company is he eligible to get it refund within 1 year.
Is it possible even after expiry of one year.

This refund will be allowed only if u r selling the imported good after clearence fm cutoms in local mkt by paying the applicable VAT and procuced the requist documents with refund application threris no doubt in getting the refund fm concern authority
