Dear sir/mam,
because of changes in my bank account details i did not recieved the income tax refund amount.Can you suggest me how to collect the amount...

CPC will send some communication letter soon due to failed in refund. Then you will send a cancelled cheque with same communication letter.
So just wait and check your refund status at tinnsdl site/Refund.

There are different procedures. So first tell whether you filed the return manually or online?
